Delivery Information

Please note that the below delivery information applies only to orders placed online through statuesandsculptures.co.uk or telephone orders made through the Statues & Sculptures Online Customer Care Centre.

1. All delivery times and terms will be stated in individual product descriptions.


2. Products are delivered free of charge to UK mainland only. This excludes Scotland and British islands unless otherwise stated which may incur an additional charge. Please call our Customer Care Team on 0800 027 7778 for a price.


3. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.


4. Products prefixed with the codes EI, BS, ACS, BC, CS, DI, EC, SS or SGS are delivered on a pallet by a professional delivery service to ensure your product arrives with you in perfect condition. The pallet will be delivered as close to delivery address as possible, kerbside if necessary. When the product is unloaded, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to move and install. You will be contacted by phone once a delivery date is decided and your item is ready. If a signature is required for delivery, please inspect the goods before signing. No claim for damages will be entertained without a returned, signed and duly endorsed delivery note.


5. Products prefixed with the codes XXXC, SD are delivered by a professional delivery service. Due to the heavy nature of the product, our carriers wait until enough orders are placed in a certain area of the country to ensure making the trip is cost effective. This means delivery time can be up to a month sometimes, but it also means you are guaranteed a friendly service, from a driver who knows what he’s carrying, and will even put the item in place for you. Considering some of these products are over 100kg, that is a huge plus! You will be contacted by phone once a delivery date is decided and your item is ready. If a signature is required for delivery, please inspect the goods before signing. No claim for damages will be entertained without a returned, signed and duly endorsed delivery note.


6. Statues & Sculptures Online are in no way responsible for installation of any sculpture or statue unless stated otherwise.


7. All products are fully insured during transit and are carefully packed ensuring the product arrives to you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of a statue arriving damaged during delivery, a replacement statue sent out at no extra charge to the customer.
