Like all ornaments crafted with the lost-wax technique, the bronze otter is hollow and roughly 5mm thick.

Material & Care: Natural bronze is a copper-based alloy that’s highly corrosion-resistant and durable, therefore ideal for outdoor statues and sculptures. If cared for properly, the bronze otter ornament will gracefully stand up to the elements of nature, developing its own unique character over time. As with all bronze statues and sculptures, the colour of your piece may slightly change due to oxidation. However, you can maintain its original appearance with minimal effort. We recommend cleaning and waxing once or twice a year to keep your statue looking new over time.
